preimpregnated carbon hull :
- monolithique in front,
- carbon Nomex sandwich in the aft, the deck, the high part of the hull

Thin at the floating waterline, wide in the high parts, this hull
- gives a powerful boat in the breeze, tacking
- limits charging in the waves
- heeling balance provides easy control

After a brilliant 2nd place in the Vendée Globe 96-97 on our old boat Crédit immobilier (Ex-Groupe Sceta, Ex cacolac d'Aquitaine), Marc Thiercelin asks us to design this boat for the Around Alone 98-99 and the Vendée Globe 2000-2001.
Built at JMV shipyard, the hull is built out of the Group 4 mould.

With a swinging keel and wing mast this boat took the 4th place in the Vendée Globe 2000-2001. Then her sailing area was optimized . Her boards were enlarged.
